Scouting Devon

Dib dib dib, dob dob dob. The crazy calm and dry weather continues here in North Devon. The Oktober project, which was meant to document the changing of the seasons, was an abject failure. All the photos look like they were taken in August … What’s that all all about Donald? However the temperatures are beginning to drop and the leaves are starting to turn. I had a lovely few hours on Exmoor this afternoon, scouting locations for autumnal foliage and just having a nice walk. The leaves are changing colour  and providing the wind doesn’t spoil the show, we could be in for a fabulous show. I found a few shady paths and some self-assured wildlife on another successful ‘mission on the moor’.
