Wet, wet, wet.

This autumn has been wet. Wet. Wet. But not cold.

It’s sodden underfoot too.

Boots and the swish of goretex pound the muddy lanes.

Head down in the rain, but

Between the showers, brief moments of light,

Break through to lift the heart.
