Living in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) can sometimes make you complacent about how wonder-full the place is. Although the North Devon AONB is essentially the coastal strip from Exmoor National Park to the border with Kernow, it does reach inland to include some gorgeous spots like the Hartland cliff top plateau, Barnstaple bay basin and Braunton Burrows. Here’s a spot to the very north of the region in all it’s spring glory and a reminder as to how lucky we are as residents and visitors.
