As the planet warms up, there will be more moisture in the air and therefore more rain.  This winter has been exceptionally wet so far here in North Devon. It can be fair to say that it has rained every day for the past 10 weeks… However, when the rain stops then a muddy plod on Morte Point is just the mediterranean tonic to enjoy some apricity.

Damp and dark, Woolacombe wintertime.

The sleeping dragon feels the subtle warmth of the winter sun.

So does this Morte robin.

Baggy in the distance.

Fence Friday textures on a sunny Saturday.

The hazy-mazy light on Ester’s Gully. The view from Mortehoe to Woolacombe.

High tide backwash.

Windy Cove.

Wave shapes.

Golden Baggy afternoon sunset on a mid-winters’ day to chase the blues away.

Thank you.
