The evenings are getting darker and darker, literally and not as a consequence of all the ridiculous moustaches starting to sprout everywhere! The water is slowly getting colder and the surf is becoming bigger and meatier (is that a word?). Here’s a few pictures of wild and woolly local beach in all it’s pre winter glory with no-one out. (Not surprising really as it may look like it’s four foot but it’s probably twice that size and ‘a bit of a paddle’ as they say round here). This is the beach that boasts the current British Champion (well done Stuey) and also the current Red Bull Break 5 club champions, after years in the shadow – step into the light; Woolacombe.
