Here, where? Here. At sea level, it’s rare to get any snow settling on the ground for too long, however just a few miles up the coast Exmoor rises a thousand foot plus over the surf and therefore, often has a light dusting of the white stuff on top. Exmoor is bleak and this is its splendiferousness, and nothing highlights the majesty of its gorgeous contours like snow. Hence when fresh snow is forecast, fotohogs all over North Devon get a froth on!
Treacherous frozen roads are an early morning hazard but sunrises like these reward those who have access to thermal underwear.
