Snow on the beach

Shiredate: Sunday 24th January 2021. You don’t very often see it here in North Devon, maybe two or three times a decade, but this morning with it’s bitterly cold winds and a low tide offered a rare treat for those who were up for sunrise.

Snow on the beeatch.

No matter what age you are, you can’t deny the unexpected joy of fresh snow.

Not much but enough to settle on the dunes.

Then to top it off, a spectacular sunrise.

Snow clouds over Baggy.

Hail storm out to sea.

Morning light on the dunes.

Fence Sunday.

Would have been nice to have had a breakfast in the Beachcomber..
