The Met Office issued yellow snow warning and we wondered what we would do if we saw some yellow snow on Lundy. It tried to snow in the afternoon but nothing settled.
Then, the next day, we awoke to a generous dump. The was a snow drift inside the front door and on the inside windowsill in the kitchen. Oh, and frozen pipes …. Tibbetts was cold and porous yet sublimely beautiful. There was no water so there could be plenty of yellow snow around.
What?
